Refund Policy
Overview
All purchases of Prosperity — subscriptions, lifetime upgrades, and any in-app purchases — are processed by Apple's App Store or Google Play, depending on the device you used to buy. Prosperity itself does not collect or hold your payment.
Because Apple and Google are the sellers of record, refunds for App Store and Play Store purchases are issued by them according to their respective policies. We are happy to advocate on your behalf where genuine billing errors occur.
App Store Refunds
Refunds for purchases made through the App Store are handled directly by Apple. To request one:
- Visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Sign in with the Apple ID you used to make the purchase.
- Select Request a refund, choose a reason, then select the Prosperity charge.
- Submit. Apple usually responds within 48 hours.
Apple's refund decisions are final. Outcomes depend on Apple's policies and on the consumer protections in your country.
Google Play Refunds
Refunds for purchases made through Google Play are handled by Google. Two options apply:
- Within 48 hours of purchase: request a refund directly from Google Play. Open the Play Store, find Prosperity in My apps, and select Refund. The refund is typically automatic.
- After 48 hours: request a refund via Google Play Help. Google may then route the request to us; we will review it within 5 business days.
Subscription Cancellations
Cancelling a subscription stops auto-renewal at the end of the current billing period. You keep access to Pro features until that date. Cancellation alone does not refund the current period unless EU consumer rights apply (see below).
iOS:
- Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad.
- Tap your name, then Subscriptions.
- Select Prosperity, then Cancel Subscription.
Android:
- Open the Play Store and tap your profile.
- Tap Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
- Select Prosperity, then Cancel subscription.
In-App Purchases
One-time in-app purchases (for example, the Lifetime upgrade) are generally non-refundable once the content has been delivered, except where required by law. The 14-day EU withdrawal right may apply if you have not yet started using the purchased feature — see the EU Consumer Rights section.
Exceptional Circumstances
We will advocate for refunds with Apple or Google for genuine billing errors, accidental purchases by minors, or duplicate charges caused by a documented App fault. Contact us with the order ID and a brief description of the issue and we will reply within 5 business days.
EU Consumer Rights
If you live in the European Union, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content, under EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, as transposed into Spanish law by the Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (Texto refundido de la Ley General para la Defensa de los Consumidores y Usuarios).
Important. By beginning to use Prosperity (signing in, syncing data, or starting a session) you provide express consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that the 14-day withdrawal right is lost once performance has begun, in line with Article 16(m) of the Directive. If you have not yet started using a purchased feature, you may withdraw within 14 days of purchase by contacting us.
